At Athletic Studio all of the trainers are vetted, go through weekly staff training and are coached by founder and head trainer Gordon.
A 12-site skin fold test that measures your weight, body-fat%, lean muscle mass and fat distribution ratio’s in comparison to other sites on your body. The information gathered can help create a more targeted nutrition and training approach.

We have a 16 hour cancellation policy which if you call or message us within that period we will cancel your session at no charge.
Every 3-4 weeks based on your training performance. With nutrition we change it as much as we need to, every 1-4 weeks.
Within the first 2 weeks you’ll definitely notice changes to your fitness and energy levels. A conservative target is 0.5-1kg every 1.5-2 weeks or 1% of body-fat every 1.5 weeks. Most of our clients achieve more.
No. We’re coaches and trainers, not bootcamp instructers. We work on your form, your training quality and your nutrition together. There’s no one size fits all approach and our coaching is tailored for you to achieve your best results.
